Therapy tailored to your needs...
Healing happens in a safe, consistent space, one where you feel properly seen and heard. Sessions are focused and genuinely supportive, whether we meet online, out walking or in person.
50-Minute Sessions
Dedicated time exclusively for you, structured to provide maximum therapeutic benefit.
Face-to-Face
In-person sessions on Wednesdays, Thursdays & Friday in Hove, at 69 Church Road, Hove, BN3 2BB, with access to other rooms across Brighton and Hove if that's easier for you. If accessibility is a concern, let me know and we'll find a space that works.
Online
Online sessions work well if your schedule is tight, if you'd rather talk from home, or if getting to a room in person isn't easy for you. You'll just need a device, an internet connection, and a private space to talk.
Walk and Talk
For some people, sitting in a room makes it harder to open up. Walk and talk therapy takes the session outdoors, usually around Stanmer Park or Devil's Dyke, though other locations can be agreed. Before we start, we'll cover safety and confidentiality around working outside.
Cost
£65 for Assessment, Face to face, Online and Walk & Talk.
