My Services
You will have the opportunity to tell your story and to explore and understand your feelings, thoughts and experiences in a safe and confidential space.

F2F
Face to Face Counselling
I offer face to face counselling in a comfortable, calming and beautifully furnished room based at 69 Church Road, Hove, BN3 2BB.
I also have access to therapy rooms in other parts of Brighton and Hove, all of which are within walking distance of public transport. Should you have accessibility issues, please speak to me about the best space to meet your requirements.
You will have a safe, confidential and contained space to talk openly away from your home.

Walk and Talk Therapy
I offer walk and talk therapy across Brighton, Hove and the surrounding countryside.
You may feel that it is difficult for you to express what you think or feel, while sitting in an enclosed room. Or maybe you have a love for the outdoors, and recognise the benefits of being surrounded by nature to boost your well being.
Before starting walk and talk therapy, you will be invited for an initial online consultation to cover safety and confidentiality aspects around outdoor therapy, as well as agreeing a location.
During the session, I will adapt to your speed and pace, as well as giving you the choice to take a seat or choose a different route. My usual walking routes are around Stamner Park and Devils Dyke, although I can travel to other outdoor locations, which can be agreed in advance.

Online
Online Counselling
I offer online counselling for people who would like to talk within the comfort of their own home.
Online Counselling can provide flexibility to people who have busy lifestyles, and accessibility to those who have physical limitations.

Research shows that online therapy can be just as effective as in-person therapy for various mental health conditions.

You may feel anxious that you are not a technical whizz to make online counselling work for you. The process is very straightforward. You will need access to a computer, laptop or smartphone, possess basic computer skills and have an internet connection.

You will also need a quiet and confidential space to talk.
Consult
Initial Consultation
You probably have your own ideas about counselling, either from your own or others experiences’ or what you have seen in films or the media. In reality, there are many different modalities, approaches and styles, which makes it so much more difficult for you to decide what counsellor may be right for you or what to expect from your sessions.

Whatever modality, approach or level of training, it matters that the counsellor you choose is someone you feel comfortable talking to.

An initial consultation provides you with the opportunity to meet with me, ask any questions and address any anxieties you might have before deciding whether I am the right counsellor for you.
